The winner would by far be Stargate. Let us not discuss Star Wars at all, we can all pretty much agree they can’t compete with any of these two universes. It’s called Zat'nik'tel. This hand heald weapon’s first shot stuns, second shot kills, and third shot admitted by SG producers a bti overpowered so later they pretend it didn’t happen and just don’t use the 3rd shot… well, third shot disintegrates anything it hits.
